摘要
针对计算机仿真技术在制造企业生产过程中的应用,系统地总结了仿真技术对生产系统的重要作用。在此基础上,以机械加工车间为背景,利用Promodel6.0软件建立了简单的生产系统模型,并设计了两种改善方案;通过仿真分析系统内的设备效率、产品产量以及净利润,确定了最佳的系统改善方案;结果表明,计算机仿真技术可以有效地提高企业的生产管理水平。
This paper discussed the application of computer simulation in the manufacturing system, and summarized its important function. A simulation model of simple production system in a work shop was establised by Promodel 6.0 to generate the most optimized designing by the technology of computer simulation.The result showed that this method is very efficient in production management.
