摘要
为解决QFD与FMEA在产品设计阶段单独使用的局限性,分析了二者的相似性及互补性,二者都是持续改进的工具,在集成质量管理系统中,可以共享底层数据库,同时结合使用可以互相弥补不足。然后,提出了QFD与FMEA集成模型,将四类FMEA嵌入到QFD的四阶段模型之中,并开发了相应的集成软件。对起重机电动葫芦所做的集成应用研究表明将QFD和FMEA集成使用对企业提高设计质量,减少重复设计次数,降低设计周期有重要作用。
QFD and FMEA are both effective tools utilized in the course of product design, however there are potential limitations if they are used separately. As they possess the characteristic of sharing the bottom database in an integrated quality management system, the integration of them may sort out this issue. Based on an elaborate analysis of advantages and disadvantages of QFD and FMEA, an integration model of them is proposed in the present study, in which four kinds of FM EA are incorporated into the four phase model of QFD. Furthermore, the relevant software is developed to confirm the validity of this model. It is demonstrated finally through an example that the integration of QFD and FMEA contributes significantly to improve product design quality, decrease repeated product design and lessen oroduct design time.
