摘要
用低渗去壁法分析木麻黄属中三个种染色体组型,2N均为18。短枝木麻黄染色体基数存在着明显的非整倍性变异。该属三个种主要细胞学特征均由具中部着丝点的大型和具端部着丝点的小型染色体所组成,除这种起源上的近缘关系外,在M和T染色体的数目,每对染色体的臂比值也存在着差异,可做为种的细胞学鉴别特征,供分类学和遗传育种学参考。
This paper analyses karyotypes of three species Casuarina by wall degradation and hypotonic treatment. The chromosome were found to be 2n = 18. C. equisetifolia chromosome Base are of obvious aneuploid variation. The three species cell biological characteristics are composed of large chromosome which are metac-netyie and small one which are kinetic body at the end. Besides the original close relationship,each pair of the chromosome have differences both in the number of M and T,and in the ratio of the arm. These characteristics can distinguish the specie and refer to taxonomy and genetics and breeding.
