摘要
①目的探讨实验性大鼠2型糖尿病高脂血症动物模型方法的建立。②方法大鼠分4次腹腔注射四氧嘧碇,同时喂饲高脂饮食,于第1次给药后的48小时、1周、2周,6周分别测定空腹血糖及体重以及甘油三酯与胆固醇含量的变化。③结果成功诱导实验性大鼠2型糖尿病高脂血症动物模型。④结论连续多次给予四氧嘧碇,同时喂饲高脂饮食,能成功诱导2型糖尿病高脂血症动物模型,且成功率高,动物死亡率低。
Objective To explore the method of establishing model of type Ⅱ diabetic hyperlipidemia in experiment rats. Methods Rats were injected with alloxoan four times and fed with the high - fat diets. The fasting blood sugar, body weight, triglyceride and cholesterol were measured for 48 h, 1 week ,2 week and 6 week after the first injection. Results The model of diabetic hyperlipidemia in rats was induced successfully. Conclusions The animal model of type Ⅱ diabetic hyperlipidemia was induced by injecting alloxoan and feeding with the high - fat diets many times continuously.
