摘要
半穿刺线虫(Tylenchulus semipenetrans)寄生杉木根部,不仅引起杉根组织形态上变化,而且组织生理性质亦发生一系列病变,应用“广口瓶”,“蒸馏法”、“巩钼黄比色法”,“火焰光度计”,“考马斯克G—250染色法”等测定杉木病,健株根系;病株根部呼吸强度增强,N、P、K含量,蛋白质含量均比健株根系高。同时进行了多酚氧化酶,过氧化氢酶,过氧化物同工酶活性测定,病株较之健株明显增强;而病株叶部N、P、K含量,蛋白质含量均低于健株,揭示了线虫寄生导致杉木黄化,生长衰退的机理。
The Nematodes can caused swollen roots and respiratory intensity of diseased roots is higher than that of the healthy roots, the protein in diseased roots is higher than in the healthy roots, and the activety of the polyphenoloxidase, pe-roxidase and catalasa in diseased roots is higher than in the healthy roots, content of N.P.K in the healthy leaves is higher than in the diseased, it is likely to cause the decline disease of Cunninghamia lanceolata.
