摘要
高性能NdFeB磁体的磁性能是结构敏感量,与显微组织密切相关,只有设置合理的烧结温度及保温时间,才能够得到比较理想的显微结构,磁体性能才能得到保证。而烧结过程是一个复杂的物理、化学反应,笔者仔细的分析了烧结过程中几个关键的步骤,为此制订出合理的工艺路线,为NdFeB磁体的大规模生产提供了技术保证。
The high performance NdFeB magnet magnetism performance is the structure sensitive quantity, with mierostrueture close correlation, only establishes the reasonable agglutination temperature and the soaking time, can obtain the quite ideal microstructure, the magnet perforrnance can obtain the guarantee. But the agglutination process was a complex physics, chemical reaction, in this article careful analysis agglutination process several essential steps, drew up the reasonable craft route for this, has provided the technical guarantee for the NdFeB magnet large scale production.
