摘要
研究了纳米抗菌涤纶纤维的红外谱图、热性能、物理机械性能及抑菌性能,并与普通涤纶纤维作了对比。研究结果表明,纳米材料颗粒在纤维中的分布较均匀,基本上无团聚现象;纳米材料的加入基本不影响涤纶纤维的基本结构和热性能;与普通涤纶纤维相比,纳米抗菌涤纶纤维的断裂强度略有降低,但是断裂延伸度增加,纤维的应力一应变曲线变得较平缓;纳米抗菌涤纶纤维具有优异的抑菌性能。
The IR spectrum, DSC spectra, physical-mechanism performances, far-infrared radiation, and antibacterial activity of nano-antibacterial PET fiber have been tested, and comparaed with common PET fiber. The results indicate that the nano-particles are equably distributed and there is no large reunite in fiber; the fundamental structure and heat performance of the fiber doesn't change; compared with common PET fiber, the breaking tenacity of nano-antibacterial PET fiber decreases a little but the breaking extension has increased, the stress-strain curve becomes gradual. Nano- antibacterial PET fiber has excellent antibacterial activity.
