摘要
对生产上常用的汕A、优ⅠA、枝A、金23A、Ⅱ-32A和新不育系新香A的柱头外露及其结实率进行了研究,探索了春、夏、秋三季制种不育系柱头外露率及结实率的变化。
Under the same conditions of fertilizer application, dosage of GA 3 and field management, the effects of daily mean temperatune and relative humidity during heading and flowering stage were studied on stigma exsertion rate and outcrossing rate of common CMS lines such as Zhenshan 97A, You I A, Zhi A, Jin 23A, Ⅱ-32A and Xingxiang A in their spring, summer and autumn hybrid seed production. It was found that high temperature and low relative humidity during the pollinating period deereased stigma exsertion rate and outcrossing rate of CMS lines, different CMS lines were different in the characters of stigma exsertion rate and outcrossing rate. Among three kinds of seed production, spring seed production was the best one for its proper daily mean temperatune and relative humidity.
