预防肾移植术后早期出血的手术技巧

Application of surgical techniques in the preventation of early hemorrhagic complication of renal transplantation

目的总结预防肾移植术后早期出血的手术经验,减少术后血管并发症。方法回顾性分析该院从1985年4月～2006年7月间开展的438例肾移植手术,术中通过改进受体、供肾血管处理以及血管吻合技术等方面手术技巧来预防术后早期出血性并发症。结果术后早期共有4例(0.9%)出现大出血,均发生于开展手术早期。结论采用适当的手术技巧利于减少肾移植术后早期出血性并发症。

[Objeetive] To summarize the surgical experience of prevention of early hemorrhagic complication, and to decrease the vascular complication of renal transplantation. [Methods] Four hundred and thirty-eight cases of renal transplantation practised from April, 1985 to July , 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Surgical techniques were improved including disposal of donor artery, selection of recipient artery and anastomosis of artery to prevent early hemorrhage. [Results] Early hemorrhage occurred in 4 patients （0.9%, 4/438） and all occurred in the initial stage of our experience. [Conclusion] Application of appropriate surgical tochiniques helps to decrease the early hemorrhagic complication after renal transplantation.
