膜离子通道及缝隙连接在心律失常中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 心肌细胞膜离子通道是其电活动的基础,各种原因所致的Na+、K+、Ca2+通道异常改变可产生多种心律失常。近年研究发现,心肌细胞间缝隙连接功能障碍同样是引起心律失常的一个重要因素。对缝隙连接进行恰当的药物干预,也能取得明显的抗心律失常作用。
