窦房结功能的再生——生物起搏的电生理研究

摘要 生物起搏器有望成为治疗窦房结功能障碍的新方法。近来,国外学者通过动物实验,借助开胸、NOGA导管等技术手段,用病毒、质粒、基因突变等方法,介导外源基因在心脏局部表达,通过调节与离子通道功能的相关蛋白表达和功能状态,改变心脏起搏传导系统及心房心室肌的电生理性质,克隆出新的起搏电信号,恢复窦房结的功能。
