束支折返性心动过速的诊治
摘要
束支折返性心动过速(BBRVT)是一种持续性单形性室性心动过速。近年来,随着诊疗技术的进步,大量临床病例的积累,BBRVT在诊治方面取得了一定的进展,但还存在很多的不足,所以至今仍未形成系统的诊治指南。本文就BBRVT的机制、分型、诊断和治疗等方面的进展作一综述。
