图书馆服务补救工作探讨 被引量:1

摘要 图书馆服务补救的目的是将服务失误所带来的负面影响减少到最低限度。通过分析图书馆产生服务失误的原因以及服务补救的意义,提出了如更新服务理念,建立服务补救预警系统,广开读者投诉渠道,调整服务内容,优化服务方式,注重馆员培训及授权等图书馆服务补救的具体措施。
