膳食总体质量评价方法—膳食质量指数(DQI)的建立和应用 被引量:5

摘要 DQI是一种总体膳食质量的的评价方法,它较传统的以单一营养素为基础的营养评价方法更能反映膳食营养状况。DQI建立以后不断得到了发展和应用,特别在慢性病预防上得到了很好的应用。除最初建立DQI的美国外,各国也开始建立适合本国特点的DQI,而且可用于国际间比较的DQI-I也已建立,DQI已成为膳食营养评价的良好工具。
