大学新生性知识、性态度、性行为状况调查

SURVEY ON KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE ABOUT SEX AMONG COLLEGE FRESHMEN

[目的]调查大学新生性知识、性态度、性行为状况。旨在为今后开展大学生性教育提供理论依据。[方法]采用整群随机抽样方法,在某大学抽取701名大学生作为调查对象。[结果]15.8%的学生不知道遗精(月经)知识(男生16.6%,女生14.9%);25.4%的学生赞成婚前性行为(男生为42.5%,女生为12.9%),男女生差异有统计学意义;1.6%的学生有性交行为(男生为3.7%,女生为0.5%)男女差异有统计学意义。[结论]大学生性知识的缺乏还很严重,性态度较为开放,有“西化”的趋势。

[Objective] To understand the KAP about sex among college freshmen, to provide basis for developing sex education in future. [Methods] A survey was conducted among 701 freshmen in one college by cluster random sampling. [Results] 15.8% of the students did not know the knowledge about nocturnal emission （menstruation） （16.6% of male and 14.9% of female ） . There was significant difference between male and female about premarital sexual behavior, 25.4% of students agreed on premarital sexual behavior （42.5% of male and 12.9% of female） . 1.6% of students had sexual intercourse （3.7% of male and 0.5% of female） and there was obvious difference between male and female. [Conclusions] College freshmen seriously lacked the knowledge about sex and have free sexual attitude wich has the tendency of Westernization.
