摘要
介绍了SSR和ISSR标记的原理和特点,综述了这两种技术在种质遗传多样性、基因定位及分子标记辅助育种、遗传图构建及种子纯度和真伪鉴定等研究中的应用进展,并提出了在烟草遗传育种中应用的建议。
The principle and characteristics of the molecular marker techniques of SSR and ISSR were described. The advances in their application to various genetic and breeding studies, including genetic diversity analyses, fingering maps and purity control of cultivars, gene localization, and marker-assisted selection were reviewed. The potential application in tobacco was suggested.
