双根清脑颗粒质量标准研究

摘要 目的对双根清脑颗粒的质量标准进行研究。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别薏苡仁、板蓝根、郁金;采用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素的含量。结果薄层色谱分离效果较好,斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。葛根素的线性范围为5.184~40.50μg/mL,平均加样回收率为99.93%,RSD=1.81%。结论本方法可行,重复性好,能有效控制双根清脑颗粒的质量。 Objective To establish the quality control standard for Shuanggen Qingnao Granules. Metheds TLC was used to identify Yiyiren SEMENCOICIS, Yujin RADIXCURCUMAE, Bardangen RADIX ISATIDIS. HPLC was used to determine the content of Pueraxin in Shuanggen Qingnao Granules. Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the bland test showed no interference. Puerarin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 5.184~40.50 μg/mL, the average recovexy of Puerarin was 99.93%, and RSD=1.81%. Conclusions The method is accurate and quick, and can be used for the quality control of Shuanggen Qingnao Granules.
