我国道路交通安全改善策略研究

Study of the Strategy of Improving Road Traffic Safety

对我国道路交通安全现状及其特点进行了分析,阐述了道路条件的改善、交通管理环境的优化、信息等智能交通系统的建设对道路交通安全改善的重要作用。从交通安全管理的系统化、社会化和心理化三方面对我国未来的道路交通安全改善策略进行了展望。

This paper analyzes the condition of the road traffic safety and its characteristic, and demonstrates that the methods such as improving of the road condition, optimizing the condition of the traffic management, ITS and so on, can improve the road traffic safety. Finally, this paper points out that the systematism, socialization and the psychology is the development direction of the traffic safety managements.
