摘要
杉木连栽林地的土壤酶活性具有显著的垂直分布特征,随着土壤剖面深度的增加,多种酶活性显著下降,一般以0~20cm最为活跃,20~40cm次之,40cm以下的层次较弱,一代林地土壤酶活性的下降趋势比连栽二代、三代林地缓慢些。剖面的各层次酶活性均表现出一代>二代,一代>三代。 各种土壤酶活性的水平分布,随着距根系的距离越近,活性越强,距根系距离题远,活性越弱。在各水平地段上,均表现出一代>二代,一代>三代。
Obviously there the vertical and horizonal distributive regulation of soil enzyme activities in the Chinese fir repeated plantation woodland. With the increase of the soil depth, most soil enzymes activities decreased dramatically, the activities in 0-20cm those in 20-40cm those in 40-60cm. Compared with those in the second cultivated time woodland and in the third cultivated time woodland, the activities of soil enzyme in the first cultivated time woodland decreased slowly with the increase of the soil depth, and there was a tendency of soil enzyme activities in the soil profile. The first cultivated the second cultivated the third cultivated.
The horizonal distribution of soil enzyme activities turned out to be: the closer to the roots, the more active the soil enzyme activity is. In every sec-tion of the horizonal distance to the roots, the activities of soil enzymes in the first cultivated time those in the second cultivated time those in the third cultivated time.
