摘要
考察世界长寿企业可以看出,长寿企业可持续发展的五大要因为:处理好与利益相关者的关系、强化企业优势、从远期战略出发、重视企业安全、长期稳定发展,另外还有维护事业持续发展的强大意志力量,即“生存志向”。
By observing the longevity enterprise in the world, the five reasons of the sustainable development of the longevity enterprise have that dealing with the relations between persons correlated with advantage; strengthening the superiority of the enterprise; attaching importance to the safety, stability and the development of the enterprise from the forward strategy and so on.
