In this paper, according to the analysis of influential factors of RMB exchange rate, an opinion upon the coming trend of RMB exchange rate is given. The result indicates thai as far as either nominal exchange rate cr real exchange rate concerned, RMB exchange rate vhas appreciated potential yet.
