上海崇明东滩生态城规划中关于土地使用及停车规划的思考

Some Reflections about Land Uses and Parking Seats from the Plan of Ecocity in Chongming Dongtan,Shanghai

以上海崇明东滩生态城控制性详细规划为例,分析规划过程中关于用地规划及停车位规划遇到的问题,指出我国当前城市规划规范中规划用地分类标准及停车场配置标准中对生态城市规划创新的局限性,并给出相应建议。

On the basis of the detailed control plan of Chongming Dongtan Eco-city in Shanghai, some questions about land uses and parking seats are discussed. It is suggested that there are some factors which would limit eco-city planning innovation in the Chinese national criterion of land uses and parking seats planning, and some corresponding suggestions are provided in this essay.
