The Problem of Development Area Engulfed into Urban Center Area and the Relative Regeneration Method——for example of No1. land unit of old area in Economy and Technology Development Area of Cixi in Zhejiang province

以浙江省慈溪市经济技术开发区老区为例,总结了快速发展城市的开发区存在的问题,提出了结合当地实际改造与再生的方法,如根据新建的主导产业及设施、城市整体经济发展需求、区位等因素,转变其功能,使之成为城市有机的公共活动中心。

On the basis of regeneration of Economy and Technology Development Area of Cixi in Zhejiang province, this essay summarizes the problems of development area which has been engulfed into city center area in fast-developing situation. Some methods are summarized to regenerate this kind of neighbourhood, such as changing its function into organic city center according to its main latest industry and facilities, the holistic economy demand and location factors.
