摘要
提出了一种新的基于解析方法的设施规划模型,该模型考虑了在制品(WIP)等动态因素对于布局的影响.通过试验表明,这种方法在已知工厂工艺路线和初始布局时,求解较优布局的时间比“基于仿真优化”方法的时间要更短,而这种方法在物料搬运成本和WIP值的误差也在可以接受范围之内.所以该模型可以作为企业对其进行布局设计、改进、优化的一个有效的工具.
The static facility layout problem is mostly based on conventional QAP(Quadratic assignment problem) model, which only considers the material handling cost and the relocation cost. But in practice, minimizing work-in-progress (WlP) inventories and waiting time is cornerstones of popular manufacturing strategies such as lean, JIT manufacturing. This paper presented an analytical model which considers materials handling cost and queuing performance measures such as WlP inventory in the objective function of layout problem. The simulation study of an example system shows that the analytical results are consistent with the simulation outputs.
