摘要 目的建立一种敏感的禽流感病毒血凝抑制方法检测H5禽流感病毒特异性抗体。方法采用不同动物来源的红细胞,用血凝抑制试验测定H5禽流感病毒特异性抗体,比较其灵敏性。结果通过对鸡、豚鼠、马等动物红细胞的比较,发现在采用血凝抑制试验测定H5禽流感病毒抗体时马红细胞灵敏度最高。结论可以利用马红细胞建立测定H5禽流感病毒血凝抑制抗体的敏感方法,该方法可以用于人群中禽流感病毒血清抗体水平的调查。 Objective Developing a more sensitive HI method for H5 avian influenza serum test. Methods H5 avian influenza serum was tested by using different blood cells HI method, the sensitivity was measured by HI titer. Results Different types of blood cells including chicken, guinea pig and horse were used to test the H5 avian influenza se- rum by HI method. The HI titer results showed that the highest HI titer was observed by using horse blood cell rather than chicken and guinea pig blood cells. Conclusion HI method by using horse blood cell can be used as one method for H5 avian influenza serum test.
