研究了我国部分公立医院治理结构改革实例,包括浙江省东阳市人民医院和巍山医院董事会模式、无锡市卫生局托管模式、上海瑞金医院集团、仁济医疗股份制管理公司、山东泰安中心医院国有股份合作制以及香港医院管理局模式。并对以上模式的优劣进行分析研究。

Case of public hospital corporate governance structure reform in China was reviewed, they were Dongyang people hospital and Weishan hospital in Zhejiang province was directorate, Wuxi health bureau trusteeship, hospital group in Ruijin hospital in Shanghai, medical company, Ltd in Renji hospital, state cooperative shares system in Tai＇an central hospital and Hospital Authority in Hongkong. The strongpoint and weakness was analyzed.
