摘要
从电子病历和电子健康记录的概念出发,运用电子病历采用度模型,分析了美国HIMSS数据库4000家医院达到数字化的程度。得出的结论是大部分美国医院还处在电子病历的初级阶段,要充分应用电子病历,达到数字化医院的更高阶段还有很长的路要走。
The paper started from the definition of EMR and EHR, using the EMR Adoption Model created by HIMSS, scored the approximately 4,000 hospitals in HIMSS database relative to their EMR status. The majority of US hospitals are in the early stage of EMR adoption. There is still a long way to go to use EMR in order to achieve the higher EHR stage.
