目的:探讨综合性医院全程跟踪数据化科技档案管理流程建立的意义。方法:分别对整合档案资源,有效应用现代信息技术,档案管理有关的网络及信息安全问题,建立档案管理系统全程跟踪等进行论证和实践。结果:医务工作者为自己研究或相关需要,不断地搜索和累积档案信息,从而就不断衍生出新的思想与成果,也不断激发出更多的档案信息需求。从而逐渐显现出一定社会效益和经济效益。结论:综合性医院全程跟踪数据化科技档案管理的资源共享、信息设备共享、信息服务共享,符合医学科技档案管理的现代化进程,有着良好的发展前景。

Objectives： To design whole process digital scientific records management process in general hospital. Methods： Based on the records, modern information technoloty was used, digital sdentific records management system was built to insure information safety. Results： medical staff searched and caculated records continually, so new records increased and new demands of records information increased. Conclusions： The sharing resource, sharing information facilities and sharing information of whole process digital scientific records management system in general hospital matched modernize and got a good vision.
