摘要
以广州中医药大学第一附属医院图书馆近三年来到馆读者与虚拟用户统计结果为依据,分析了目前到馆读者与虚拟用户的变化趋势,最后指出为了适应这种变化趋势,更好地满足虚拟用户的服务需求,图书馆应该采取的一些措施。
Based on the result of virtual user records in affiliated 1st hospital liabary, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in current 3 years, the trends of virtual user service was analyzed. Suggestions of improving virtual user demands was presented.
