新疆医科大学第五附属医院是自治区三级甲等医院,在开展社区卫生服务方面具有硬件及软件设施的资源优势。该院依托三级医院的优势,建立合理的双向转诊体系,为当地居民提供及时、方便、经济、可靠优质的社区卫生服务,同时可使医院及社区卫生服务站获得社会效益及经济效益的双赢。
Affliated 5th Hospital, Xinjiang Medical University was a tertary hospital, and got the advance to develop community health service. The Two-way Referral was built and good cost-benefit community health service had provided. Both hospital and community health institute got social benefit and economic benefit.
