摘要
研究了颜填料的用量及配比、偶联剂和固化剂及其用量等因素对环氧改性有机硅涂料耐温性能的影响,确定了耐温达650℃的耐高温涂料最佳配方。该涂料可室温固化,并有着优良的附着力和耐冲击强度。
A kind of epoxy modified silicone coating that can resist 650℃was prepared. The effects of pigments and fillers, silane coupling agent and curing agent on the heat-resistance performance of the coating were studied. The coating can be solidified at room temperature,with excellent adhesion and Impact strength.
