摘要
利用亚硒酸钠和活化硒矿为硒源对灵芝的生物富硒进行了研究,结果表明,两种硒源对灵芝生物富硒的效果有较大差异,灵芝对亚硒酸钠溶液和活化硒矿水溶液的耐受浓度分别是1000μg/g和30μg/g。利用亚硒酸钠和活化硒矿为硒源的灵芝菌丝体最高总硒含量分别为2639.1μg/g和302.2μg/g,最高富硒率分别是25.4%和60.0%。由此可知,与活化硒矿相比,以亚硒酸钠为硒源的灵芝总硒含量较高,但是以活化的硒矿水溶液为硒源成本低,且可以充分利用我国硒都恩施州的硒矿资源,有重要的实际意义。
The accumulation of selenium by Ganoderma Lucidum using Na2Se2O3 and activated selenium-containing ore as the selenium source was studied in this paper. The results showed that there was significant differences between the two kinds of selenium sources on the accumulation of selenium by Ganoderma Lucidum. The maximum endurable concentration was 1000μg/g and 30μg/g for Na2Se2O3 and activated selenium-containing ore solution, respectively. The highest total selenium content in Ganoderma Lucidum reached 2639.1μg/g and 302.2μg/g when using Na2Se2O3 and activated selenium-containing ore solution as the selenium source, and the highest selenium accumulation rate was 25.4% and 60.04% respectively. The results revealed that Na2Se2O3 was a better selenium source than selenium-containing ore solution considering the total selenium content . However, it is more practical in application to use activated selenium -containing ore solution as selenium source instead of Na2Se2O3 for its lower cost and richer selenium resource of Enshi in China.
