物流配送中心选址方案的综合评价方法

Comprehensive Evaluation on Address Selection of Logistic Distribution Center

本文在分析配送中心选址决策模型的基础上，从交通条件、辅助性基础设施、市场效益三个影响因素建立评价指标体系，提出以二级模糊综合评判为框架，采用层次分析法（AHP）确定方案影响因素及子因素的权重的配送中心选址方案的综合评价方法。用此方法较好的解决了某配送中心选址方案的综合评价问题。

The paper based on the analysis about the police decision model of the site selection of logistic distribution center, establish target system on three influencing factors of traffic conditions,supplementary fundamental installation and market benefit. A comprehensive evaluation method is put forward, which is based upon the two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and adopts the analytical hierarchy process （AHP） to determine the weights of the primarily influencing factors and the secondary ones. This method is validated through an example of evaluating and analyzing the address planning of a logistic distribution center and good results are obtained.
