摘要
2006年7月26日安徽定远发生的4.2级地震是在我国华东地区出现地震活动性、地下水、地形变等多项异常的特殊背景下发生的一次“显著地震”。本文介绍了这次地震的有关参数和烈度分布情况,并通过震前和震后应急对策,探讨了做好突发性地震应急工作对防震减灾、稳定社会的重要意义。
Dingyuan M4.2 earthquake in Anhui Province on July 26, 2006 is a ＂remarkable earthquake＂ in East China, it occurred under a special background with abnormal phenomena ofseismological activities, groundwater level and geodetic deformation. The parameters and the intensity distribution of this earthquake have been introduced, the emergency strategy before and after the earthquake and its important meaning in preventing earthquake disasters as well as in making social stability are discussed in the paper.
