一种基于2μm互补双极CMOS工艺的低压降调整器

A Low Dropout Linear Regulator Based on 2-μm Complementary BiCMOS Technology

摘要 采用先进的2μm互补双极CMOS工艺,研制出一种高精度双路低压差线性调整器(LDO)。该电路具有使能控制、误差输出、过温保护、短路保护等功能,只需外接一个0.47μF的瓷介电容,即可实现稳定工作;简化了外围设计,降低了成本,提高了应用的可靠性。 A high-precision dual low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) is developed based on advanced 2/2m complementary bipolar CMOS technology. The circuit has the functions of enabling control, error output, thermal overload protection and short circuit protection, and only a 0. 47 μF ceramic capacitor is required for stable operation, which simplifies the peripheral design of the system, reduces the cost of application and improves the reliability of the system.
