摘要
颅内动脉瘤是致死、致残率较高的脑血管病。随着医学发展,治疗越来越普及,总结21例颅内动脉瘤栓塞患者的观察和护理体会,应重视栓塞患者的心理护理,完善术前准备,掌握术后穿刺点的护理,减少术后并发症。从现代护理观出发,要最大程度地提高患者的生活质量,促进患者恢复健康。
Intracranial aneurysm may lead to high death rate and deformity. With the development of medicine treatment are more and more popular. To pay attention to mental care of patients with embolization ,make a perfect preoperative preparation, master nursing about site of puncture and reduce postoperative complications by observing and nursing 21 patients with embolization of intracranial aneurysm. From the modern nursing we should mostly improve the patient＇ s life quality and recovering.
