摘要
在砂卵石层中采用长螺旋钻机成孔往往因为卵石密度过高、粒径过大,造成成孔困难,而被迫采用其他的成孔方法。针对在砂卵石层中成孔存在的问题,对施工钻具和对施工工艺进行改进,总结出一套挤密钻孔施工工艺,可较好地解决长螺旋钻机在砂卵石层中成孔的问题,并取得提高工效、降低成本的效果。
The usage of long helix driller in sand cobble layer is proved difficult and even impossible and need other methods to complete in some cases because the cobble is higher in density and bigger in diameter. With the improved driller and drilling technology, the compacted drilling technology discussed here is a testified successful way for sand cobble layer, the problem is solved, the efficiency is improved and the cost is saved.
