摘要
碳纤维加固混凝土技术是一种新兴的、技术含量很高的加固方法,较传统的加固方法具有明显的技术优势,而配套的胶粘剂质量的好坏是影响碳纤维加固混凝土技术广泛应用的关键因素之一。通过以环氧树脂为主粘材料,丁腈橡胶为增韧剂及其他材料,研制符合《碳纤维片加固混凝土技术规程》(CECS 146:2003)的技术指标,且具有良好抗疲劳性能和耐老化性能的碳纤维加固用胶粘剂。
The technology of strengthening concrete structure with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) is one kind of emerging and high-technology reinforcement methods, as compared to traditional reinforcement methods it has obvious technical superiorities. But the quality of adhesives for CFRP is one of key fators that influence the widespread of CFRP. This topic used the epoxy resin as a primary stick and used the ~itrile rubber as a plasticizing material and other materials, finally the adhesives for CFRP which conform to the technical idexes of CECS 146 : 2003, are developed, which have good resistances to fatigue and ageing.
