摘要
随着社会进步和经济增长,中国建筑物补强市场需求日益增加,出现了各种行之有效的建筑物补强方法。系统地阐述了几种典型的补强方法(如增大截面法、改变受力体系补强法、预应力补强法、外包钢补强法、外粘钢板补强法和纤维增强复合材料补强法等)的工作机理、特点及其适用范围,在此基础上对其技术与经济特性进行了比较分析,并进一步阐明了为选择合理补强方案可使用的技术经济分析方法。
The Chinese market of building strengthening is growing with the development of economy and the progress in society. Many technologies of building strengthening have been applied widely. The working mechanism, characteristics and application scope of some typical technologies of building strengthening are systemically discussed, such as structure member strengthened with reinforced concrete, structure member strengthened with changing system under stress, structure member strengthened with externally applied prestressing, structure member strengthened with externally bonded reinforced materials, etc. On the basis of which, the characteristics of the technologies are compared, and the method of technological and economic analysis for choosing proper building strengthening schemes is illustrated.
