摘要 分析了北京城区麻雀(Passer montanus)和郊区麻雀的血糖浓度、体质量和由白细胞特征所反应的压力指数的差异.结果表明,与郊区的麻雀相比,城区麻雀的体质量较轻,中性粒细胞(H)的比例较高,而淋巴细胞(L)占的比例较少,压力指数较高.这些指标表明了城市化所带来的麻雀生存资源的短缺已导致城市麻雀产生环境压力综合反应.该结果可为评估城市鸟类的生存现状、保护城市鸟类多样性提供重要依据. The blood glucose concentration,body weight and white blood cell ot the urban and rural Tree Sparrows (Passer rnontanus) are compared in order to know whether the environment stress confronted by the urban Tree Sparrows is higher than rural ones. The urban Tree Sparrows have lower body weight, higher proportion of heterophils(H), lower proportion of lymphocytes(L), and consequently, a larger Nr(H):Nr(L) stress index, than rural ones. These indices reveal that urbanized environments have led to the Tree Sparrows showing the typical stress syndrome. This result can provide important information for the evaluation to the existence status of the urban birds and the conservation of the urban biodiversity.
