摘要
人文关怀是一种崇尚和尊重人的生命、尊严、价值、情感、自由的精神,它与关注人的全面发展、生存状态及其命运、幸福相联系。人文关怀的缺失是目前阻碍教师发展的重要因素之一。促进教师的发展需要从影响教师人文关怀的缺失的因素着手,即创造外在的人文环境和教师自我更新人文理念。
Humanistic concern is a kind of spirit that admires and respects one person's life, dignity, value, emotion and freedom. It concerns one's whole development,existing, destinies and happinesses. The imperfection of Humanistic concern is one of the important factors that get in the way of teachers" development. Promoting teachers" development begins with the factors that affects the imperfection of humanistic concern: creating exterior humanistic environment and renewing humanistic principles of teachers" egos
