Study on the Forming of the Literature Group of Ye'xia and the Literary Pursuits Brought by Them in the Army

通过对曹操网罗几位文士的情境的详细考察,再现了邺下文学集团的具体形成过程,从中可见曹操在战乱年代扶持文学之功。文章梳理史料,清晰勾勒出邺下文人五次集体随军出征的过程。邺下文人携笔从戎、吟诗作文,使森严威冷的军旅平添许多儒雅风流。

This article investigates the situation that Cao-Cao enlisted several talented men of letters in details, and reproduced the forming process of the literature group of Ye＇xia. From this we can see how Cao Cao supported the work of literature in the times of chaos caused by wars. The article combs the historical data, and clearly outlines the five processes which the literary men in Ye＇xia collectively went along with the army to battles. The literary men in Ye＇xia joined the army with their writing brushes and wrote poems and documents, which added more elegance and grace to the cold troops
