摘要 黄曲霉毒素是黄曲霉和寄生曲霉等产毒菌种产生的次生代谢产物,在饲料中存在对畜禽生产以及饲料工业带来了极大的危害。本文综述了饲料中黄曲霉毒素的来源、性质、毒性、对畜禽和人类的危害以及检测方法的国内外研究进展。 Aflatoxins are secondary metabolites of A. flavus and A. parasiticus and have a great hazard to poultry and livestock industry and great hazard to feed industry. In this paper, the source, property, toxicity, hazard to human and determined method were reviewed.
