摘要
以6个不同类型的籼、粳、爪哇水稻品种配制的5个组合的P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2为试材,用世代均数法研究了籽粒游离氨基酸含量的基因效应值及效应平方和与百分比。结果表明,游离氨基酸含量显性效应比加性效应重要,上位性效应同样具有极为重要的作用,非加性类效应大于加性类效应,亲本显性基因较多。游离氨基酸含量以利用杂种优势为主。
The gene effect and its square sum and the gene ratio of contents of free amino acid in rice kernal were analyzed using data of P1, P2, F1, F2, B1, B2 of 5 combinations from 6 different rice parents of Indica type, Japonica type and Javanica type with generation mean model. The experiment results showed that dominant effect was more important than additive effect in the genetic variation of content of free amino acid, epistatic effect was also important. The dominaat genes controlling the contents of free amino acid in parents were more than recessive genes. According to the results of this experiment, the selecting of free amino acid contents should mainly depend upon the utilization of heterosis.
