目的:了解我国粮谷类食物中DON的污染现状及评估居民膳食DON暴露量。方法:通过气相色谱方法对采集样品中DON含量进行检测,并结合膳食暴露评估方法进行分析。结果:中国六省粮食中DON污染率为66.46%,平均DON含量玉米为25.88μg/kg,小麦为50.04μg/kg;在DON污染含量95%百分位数以内,各城乡人群、各年龄组人群膳食暴露量均低于TDI。结论:我国粮食中DON的污染呈高污染率、低污染程度的趋势;95%的人群膳食摄入DON在安全范围之内;儿童是膳食暴露的高危人群。

Objective：To find out the contamination reality of DON in the cereal food in china and estimate DON reveals amounts in resident meals. Methods： Detecting the DON contents in cereal samples by GC - ECD and analyzing the DON reveals amounts with the estimate methods of meals. Results：The total contamination rate of DON is 66.46% in cereal from sin provinces in china in 2005.The average contents of DON are 25.88μg/kg in maize and 50.04 μg/kg in wheat. In the range of 95 percent of DON contamination content, the reveals amounts in meals are lower than TDI in every crowd of city and countryside and every crowd of age group. Conclusions： The contamination statuses of DON in cereal in china take on a trend with great contamination rate and low levels of contamination. It is in the safety range of DON absorbed for about 95 percent crowd. Children are high danger crowd of DON reveals by meals.
