摘要
Aus373是典型的秋稻广亲和品种,曾有报道指出,Aus373广亲和基因位于第七染色体上,与RFLP标记RZ488、RG511连锁,该基因暂被命名为Sa(t)n[3]。在此基础上,该研究对Aus373广亲和基因在RFLP图谱上的定位作了初步尝试。分析了S5和Sa(t)两位点的遗传效应。在Aus373/轮回422的F2群体中,Sn5和Sa(t)n效应基本相同,表现为重复基因作用的特点。推测群体中出现的1/16半不育株,是这两个广亲和基因位点非亲和性基因互作的结果。借助于分子标记辅助选择,筛选了1株可能具有两个位点广亲和基因的纯合重组体。并对有关秋稻的广亲和基因。
Aus373 is a typical wide compatibility variety in ecotype Aus of rice.We have discovered the wide compatibility gene of Aus373.The gene,located on chromosome 7 and linked with molecular markers RZ488 and RG511,is temporarily designated S a(t) n.The present paper reports an elementary RFLP mapping of the gene.Studies of the Aus373/Lunhui422 F 2 population indicated that both the genetic effect of S n 5 and S a(t) n showed replicated gene effect.1/16 semi sterile plants in the population probably resulted from the interaction of the two genes.With the help of the molecular markers,a pure recombination plant which perhaps contains both genes was selected.The problem about the wide compatibility gene of ecotype Aus,the relationship between S n 5 and S a(t) n,and the further application of S a(t) n are discussed.
