摘要
本研究利用16个茄子亲本的试验数据,在主成分分析基础上,测定了亲本间遗传距离,并以最短距离法进行分类。结果表明:将亲本按D=6的距离分成5个类群比较合理。在配制杂交组合时,应尽量在类群间选配亲本,且两亲本间遗传距离D应大于D=12.05。研究还提出了综合评价茄子亲本的主成分指标。
The datum of 16 parents in eggplants were used in this study.On the basis of principal components analysis, all the genetic distance were estimated among them and the 16 parents were classified by adopting the shortest distance method.The results showed that it was reasonable that parents were divided into 5 groups.In order to breed overstanding F 1 eggplants,we suggest besides considering other selecting principles of parents,the parents should be selected among diffrent groups ,and the distance between two parents should be over 12 05(D>=12 05).According to the index of principal components,8 parents were selected from those groups .They were 9001,9002,9012,9015,Taizhouzi,Haifengyuan,Paocheyuan and Duanbahei,respectively.
