基于IEC61850的变电站配置研究

Research of configuration about substation based on IEC61850

IEC61850是国际标准组织发布的最新的变电站自动化系统标准,以此标准对变电站进行配置是实现变电站设备间互操作性的重要保证。对变电站配置对象模型进行了介绍,对配置语言及其特点进行了简单的说明,对变电站整个的配置过程进行了详细的阐述,并分别从IED配置、变电站结构配置以及变电站通信系统配置三个方面探讨了使用XML Schema语言对变电站配置所要做的具体工作及实现方法,并以变电站高压侧部分的结构为例进行了具体的描述。

IEC61850 is published by the International Standard Organization and is the newest standard used in the substation automation. The configuration of substation based on IEC61850 is the assurance to implement the operation between different devices. This paper introduces the model of configuration of substation, the language of configuration and its character. The process of configuration is detailed, From the configuration of IED, the structure of substation and substation communication system, this paper exposes the configuration work and its realization way. The structure of high voltage in substation is descripted with the language of XML Schema. It will be useful to the configuration of product.
