Application of RCS-9653 type automatic throw-in equipment of emergency power supply

RCS-9653型备用电源自投装置可实现220 kV电压等级以下,不同电气主接线方式的变电站和发电厂内多种备用电源自投情况,但是,对于变电站电气主接线为双母线接线的变电站,当运行方式发生变化时,目前的RCS-9653型备用电源自投装置还存在一些问题,不能灵活地满足运行方式变化的要求。通过对RCS-9653型备用电源自投装置分析研究,从工程实际情况出发,在尽量不改变装置软件及硬件的情况下,制定了RCS-9653型备用电源自投装置在220 kV变电站电气主接线为双母线情况下的接线方法,并对运行方式的限制,使其适应双母线及单母线的运行方式的实际需要。

RCS-9653 type automatic throw-in equipment of emergency power supply can be applied in substation bus arrangement under 220kV voltage class, however, in substations applied two-wire system, when mode of operation changed, there were still some problems that can＇t meet the requirement. In this paper, by analyzing RCS-9653 type automatic throw-in equipment of emergency power supply, mode of connection, whose bus arrangement was two-wire system, is given. The restriction of mode of operation can meet the requirement of not only two-wire system but also single-wire system.
