摘要
阐述了组合式曲轴的受力特点、计算工况的选取及强度校核的方法,并运用这一方法对244FM汽油机的组合式曲轴进行了实例验算.结果表明该曲轴的弯曲应力更甚于扭转应力,其强度及刚度是足够的,并且其旋转质量部分地起到了飞轮的储能调速作用.
The mechanical property, calculated behavior and method for checking strength are expounded and the latter is used to analyze the built-up crank shaft of 244FM gasoline engine. The results show that a greater bending stress than torsional stress exists in this shaft and that its strength and stiffness are sufficient. Besides, its rotating mass functions in part energy reserving and speed governing of the fly-wheel.
